Welcome to our refund policy page. At GoHardGaming, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read below for important information regarding refunds.

Standard Returns (Non-Personalized Items)

For non-personalized and non-worn items (such as standard apparel or decor), you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

  • Process: Please contact our support team to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective standard items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Made-to-Order & Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our made-to-order products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, we will make it right.

  • Reporting an Issue: You must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Verification: To report a defect, please email us clear photos of the damaged or defective area. Our team will use these images to verify the issue with our print provider.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement of the item.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Items that are custom-made with your specific requests (e.g., custom text, unique designs) are created just for you and have a specific return policy.

  • Cancellations & Changes: You may request changes or a full cancellation of your custom order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order typically enters the printing process and cannot be canceled or changed.

  • Returns for Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns on custom items unless there is a defect.

    • If your custom item has a manufacturing defect, please follow the process outlined in Section 2.

    • If your custom item has an error in the customization that was our mistake (i.e., it does not match the details you provided in your order), please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a free replacement.
